St. Xavier Senior Named a Kansas Honor Scholar

St. Xavier High School senior, Jazmene Reed, daughter of Tito and Edith Reed, was recognized, November 4 as a Kansas Honor Scholar by the KU Alumni Association. Presentations were made following a banquet for the honorees and their families at Chapman High School. The Kansas Honors Program recognizes the outstanding academic achievements of the top 10 percent of Kansas high-school seniors. Each year the KU Alumni Association travels across the state, honoring students and their families in regional events that include all 105 Kansas counties.
