In 1983, Rosie became the first kindergarten teacher at St. Xavier School. She has devoted much time to the school over the years teaching for 22 years, serving as the school business administrator for 7.5 years and now returning as a preschool teacher's aide. Rosie is also an alumni of St. Xavier along with her two daughters. She currently has two grandchildren attending.
